The legendary Victoria Theater in Harlem, NY is set to be transformed into a Renaissance Hotel by Marriott with construction scheduled to begin this year. The new facility will include 200 residential rental units, retail, cultural arts space and parking. The Theater’s south building will be restored including the historic lobby, façade, marquee and signage. The 27-story, $164 million project will be complete in 2017. R+B is providing structural engineering for the project.
