As a key member of the leadership team, Dave Lopatka is highly regarded for his strong work ethic and a remarkable ability in achieving our client’s goals and vision on each project. He brings over 26 years of experience in land development design, planning, permitting and regulatory knowledge. Dave also has provided engineering management and oversight on a wide variety of project types, including: commercial and residential subdivisions, stormwater management and planning, NPDES Permits, Highway Occupancy Permits, paving projects, culverts and roadway design, and municipal engineering representation. As the Director of Civil Engineering, he is responsible for leading teams of engineers in preparing plans, specifications and standards, quality control of drawings, manpower budgeting, and assembling proposals and contracts.
